Health Plan Communications Specialist (Remote in EST)

Job DescriptionSenior Whole Health by Molina Healthcare is hiring for a Health Plan Communications Specialist.
This role can be worked remotely, however there is a high preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
This position works with internal business owners and external partners to create and edit materials for use with our members, providers, and internal employees.
The role will be responsible for creating audience-focused content that is clear and concise.
The role will support member engagement and an improved member experience via our communications strategy.
The Communications Specialist is a facilitator who works with other departments to create and improve member and provider materials.
The Specialist will write, edit, design, order and/or perform mailings of member and provider materials.
This role requires someone with proven writing/editing experience, especially someone who can take dense or complex content and change how it's presented, based on the audience.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Highly preferred experience includes the following:
Writing/editing background, preferably with a degree in a communications-related field Proven problem solving and critical thinking ability Experience working with multiple people and personalities Experience working on many projects at once (15-20+), with competing deadlines Self-motivated Proactive communicator Customer engagement experience, such as working with focus groups, surveys, social media, advertising, and/or customer analytics Audience-focused writing experience Competitor analysis and marketing data experience KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Responsible for the development of communications and marketing activities aimed at brand and message management.
Develops, implements, and manages communications programs.
With minimal supervision, writes and develops content to support the creation of internal and external communication and marketing materials.
Edits, proofs, and reviews all communications to meet the Molina tone, voice, and style requirements.
Advises and coordinates the production, ordering and distribution of communications, including print and promotional orders, external mailings, e-newsletters, and the publishing of web content, ensuring on-time production and distribution/delivery of materials.
Serves as a liaison between internal departments and the external vendor(s) to coordinate jobs.
Serves as a communication resource to department leaders; proactively and routinely meets with departments to determine communication and content needs.
Ensures all state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements are met in materials.
Ensures regulatory approval of materials as required by state and federal requirements.
Complies with policies, procedures, workflows, job aides and communication department training materials.

Pay Range:
$19.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
