85 an hour Accounting Assistant - support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Accounting Manager in daily operations - Review Timesheets for completeness and accuracy - Forward Timesheets to Eileen for review for any changes prior to posting, forward and follow up with any changes - Prepare timesheet reports to submit to payroll (by Accounting Manager) - Review Expense Reports for completeness, accuracy, and processing for AP - Reconcile credit card charges and receipts - Process Accounts Payable for Trade, Consultants and Employee Expense - Forward Consultant invoices from email protected email to Kristi - Review Transaction Consultant batch - Vendor and Consultant Statement review for AP status - GL research - Accounts Receivable check filing - Perform other duties as assigned or requested - Journal ledger entry Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Financial or professional equivalent Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in accounting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong experience in Windows software - Word, Excel Deltek Vision software experience preferred but no required Related keywords:
