Gunn Jerkens--a creative branding and marketing firm headquartered in Long Beach, California--is seeking an Account Executive with homebuilder and/or creative agency experience to work with our ever-growing list of homebuilder clientele.

Essential Functions Act as a primary liaison, maintaining clear and proactive communication with agency team and client(s) Work independently and effectively to manage ongoing responsibilities of assigned accounts to ensure satisfied and happy clients Collaborate and remain communicative with the agency team on all facets of the clients' campaigns and deliverables Direct and independently follow up on pending assignments and tasks to ensure clients' needs are being met Maximize budgets to ensure the best return on investment for clients Demonstrate efficiency, tenacity and creativity in your commitment to client satisfaction and deliverables Develop and review reports, presentations, trends and data to make proactive recommendations to meet client goals Identify key opportunities to leverage the agency's capabilities to create integrated solutions that meet the clients' business objectives Contribute to the overall strategy to advance clients' advertising and marketing initiatives Balance strategic planning and implementation for multiple projects Consistently demonstrate strong leadership skills Demonstrate a strong commitment to being budget-minded by tracking and managing time spent on assignments to ensure each project stays within budget Ensure that time and expenses are entered into the agency's project management software in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications BS/BA degree Minimum three years of agency experience in an account management or client-facing role Must reside within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA and be available to work in the office five days a week Strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a love for creative work Excellent organizational and project management skills A demonstrated command of Microsoft Office Suite Real estate and/or new home development experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer.
