F&L Petroleum Products (a division of Amber Resources) is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative.
As the CSR, you will also provide support to the Sales and Operations team to ensure all facility and company goals are met.
F&L is the specialty products division of the organization.
We specialize in Mil-Spec Lubricants, Fluids, and Corrosion Preventives.
The position requires a very technical approach to account management and sales.
Summary of responsibilities Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Able to fluently read, write and speak English Able to navigate the operational tasks of our e-commerce web site Excellent people (verbal and written), and phone skills Proven customer service experience Basic math, email, data base, and spreadsheet applications Basic knowledge of general office procedures, methods, and techniques Able to follow processes and resolve problems using good judgment Advanced ability to multi-task and adapt to change Ethical, courteous, reliable and effective team player who is able to work alone if/when needed Continuous positive attitude and desire to learn Primary duties Include and are not limited to:
Answering phones and assist walk in customers Process all website generated orders Research and data entry (create orders and look up account information) Responding to customer requests and issues in a timely manner Creating accurate quotes for customer and sales team as needed Utilize CRM to document customer and sales representative interaction Assist in maintaining inventory levels Work alongside dispatch to ensure transfers and deliveries are properly handled Assist warehouse operations to ensure proper processes and documentation are followed
Qualifications:
Preferred two years of customer service experience in an office/distribution environment Must have valid driver's license and be insurable on the company's auto policy (to run any office errands if needed) Compensation &

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
