Project typestypically include brownfield revamp and upgrade projects in refining and chemical plants ranging invalue from $50,000 to $2,000,000.
Project Manager ideally with controls exp, able to read wiring diagrams/schematics and specify control systems.

EE background preferred o Project manager experience or lead project engineer for at least five years o Project experience must include leadership of refinery projects small to mid-size i.

from $100,000 to $10MM o Minimum five years refinery experience o Experience with DCS projects and/or SIS projects desirable o Experience with control system projects desirable o Ability to develop a project schedule o Experience with estimating o Experience with cost control o Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills o Experience interfacing with client staff as required o Experience leading project meetings both internal and with client staff o Should hold a minimum bachelor's degree preferably in an engineering disciplineKey Attributes :
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and competency in leading teams of engineers and designers to quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Must demonstrate the ability to work to a high standard of professionalism, provide leadership a guidance within a team environment.
Must have the ability to collaboratively work with client personnel to achieve successful results in all areas of the project.
Core Competencies :
Technical Competencies - Must be highly experienced with managing control systems engineering and design projects.
Projects typically include instrument specification and data sheet development, field instrument installation requirements, P&ID development, primary and final control element specifications and wiring expertise.
Experience with control systems standard design, configuration, testing, and startup is a plus.
Safety - Leading by example, responsible for maintaining compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Client Contact - Ability to collaboratively work with client personnel to achieve successful results is essential.
Insure that regular client contact is maintained and that client concerns and input are understood and addressed.
Morale & Teamwork - Consistently work to a high standard of professionalism within a team environment.
Quality - Ensure that effective company and Client QA/QC processes are followed.
