The Social Services Director is responsible to ensure the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures and current Federal and State guidelines and regulations.
This position serves as the licensed Social Worker for the Health Center.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years experience in hospital or skilled nursing setting required.
Must have experience in release plans.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Must present a professional manner and be able to deal with situations that may be stressful in a calm manner.
Must beable to interact with family members and give top tear customer service Must have experience working with Title 22 and OBRA Regulations, including, but not limited to, Medicare, PPS, MDS, Care Planning and HIPPA.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work closely with residents, families and staff.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
