21 an hour This is the entry level position within the Claims Operation's Claims Service Representative job family.
Responsibilities include providing service pursuant to the insurance policy terms by handling claims of physical damage lines of insurance written by the Interinsurance Exchange.
The primary responsibilities and functions include member/customer service, investigation, evaluation and resolution of basic claims in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements and established company technical and customer service best practices.
With supervision, works within specified limits and authority.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$20.
