A pharmaceutical company in California is actively seeking a driven and dedicated professional to join their staff as their new Clinical Services Manager.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Services Manager will:
Supervise the Clinic and Home Care team members Collaborate with providers to ensure providers are empowered to deliver high quality care to each participant during each visit Support execution of operational processes as needed Participate in Quality Program and makes recommendations based on expertise to provide the highest standard of care Implement new processes and programs within the clinical operations context Coordinate activities necessary to provide a high-quality environment of care Maintain fiscal accountability for the clinic and home care teams by managing to budget in the areas of payroll/overtime, team expenditures, and consumable medical supplies Coordinate with contracted vendors and providers to successfully serve participants Qualifications Management and leadership skills Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and other written processes Ability to actively participate in strategic planning Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook Ability to work independently Skilled in identifying and recommending problem resolution Desired skills 3
years of prior experience as a staff supervisor/ clinic manager serving the geriatric population Recommended Skills Clinical Works Home Care Leadership Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
