Be an On-site Manager at one of our Properties located in Van Nuys, Ca.
The following qualifications are required:
Property Manager Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to supervise & schedule maintenance staff & vendors Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager a must Effective leadership, multi-tasking and organizational skills Exceptional leasing, marketing, and resident retention skills Effectively handle tenant inquiries and concerns Responsible for enforcing property house rules Minimum of 2 years previous apartment management experience Must be willing to live on-site.
Comes with comp'd 1 bedroom apartment.
All full time positions include vacation, sick, health insurance, 401K and life insurance Recommended Skills Negotiation Customer Service Time Management Administration Leasing (Contract Law) Real Estates Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
