Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience with data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer support.
