General Manager
EmployBridge Search Group is currently recruiting a General Manager in Wilmington CA.
The General Manager will be the be a key leader in driving, promoting and developing successes strategies with the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all facets of operations including safety, quality, team development, strategic planning, communication, and revenue.
Oversee all warehouse services to ensure company and customer's requirements are met to include receiving, storing handling, shipping, return of damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities.
Strategic partner with key leadership to reach business goals and revenues Provide accurate and on time reporting to leadership and customer Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of targeted financial, operational and KPI results Manage, implement and drive KPI metrics and reporting Maintain P&L and Budget to ensure profitability Identify, streamline and drive root cause analysis for monthly financial reconciliations Manage, report and distribute daily operations and client data Manage, implement and maintain inventory controls for customer's product Develop and implement processes for receiving and proper storing of inventory.
Maintain an accurate reporting inventory system Identify and implement cost saving processes and procedures Oversee, maintain and implement a proper utilization of warehouse of inventory storage Manage and identify CIP projects and work with project managers to implement and improve inefficiencies and cost management Oversee and monitor overall teams, the development and hiring needs at all levels of the operation Ensure a safe environment by working with cross functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop, implement and direct programs and monitor of equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field 5 plus years of management experience preferred in a 3PL environment Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
Green Belt or higher preferred Proficient with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Solid understanding of financial reporting, delivery profits, expenses, P&L and Budgets Strong inventory management and material handling experience Ability to oversee a multiple shift facility Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Results driven personality Bilingual a plus In accordance with California laws, the expected salary for this position is $130,000-$150,000/year plus bonus.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience Recommended Skills Accounting Administration Analytical Finance Leadership Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
