The Bungalow Server will handle all guests ordering drinks and tend to guests.
The Bungalow Server will ensure our guests consistently enjoy a delightful experience.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities, not limited to.
Ensure that your menus are clean at all times Ensure the guest feels welcome by greeting them within two minutes of sitting down Ensure proper table maintenance Pour every drink for every guest Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
Do not over serve guests Process guest payment accurately and in a timely manner Report to property on time and in proper uniform ready to work Assist in keeping the venue clean and safe at all times Follow all cash handling policies and procedures Maintain a positive, professional demeanor During the daytime, order drinks from the main bar as much as possible Confident, helpful and genuine with internal and external customers Has a natural, warm smile and a friendly and passionate approach Has energy and a sense of urgency for her work Delivers on all expected standards Please note that you must be fully available Friday-Sunday, be over the age of 21 and have previous experience in a busy lounge, nightclub or restaurant that is high volume.
