00- Depends on Experience The Office Manager is responsible for all the day-to-day office operations.
The position will be the face clinic and will act as a liaison between the clinic and our clients.
This is full-time and requires an individual who is extremely organized, has clear and concise communication skills and is customer service driven.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standard, and making necessary adjustments.
Completed operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information' identifying trends.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Office Manager Qualifications/ Skills:
Two or more years of experience in office management Tracking budget expenses Excellent written and communication skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Delegation Managing processes Reporting skills Education, Experience, and licensing requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Two
years of experience in an office setting manager Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Pay range per the Pay Transparency Act $21.
00- $31.
00 per hour.
