We are currently seeking an Experienced individual to join our Human Resource Team who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring drivers, and to ensure delivery commitments are maintained.
HRBP will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal HR experience to gain valuable insights into HR practices and business partnering.
Key
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Assist in handling employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
Training and Development Collaborate with HR team members to identify training needs and assist in the implementation of training programs.
Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
HR Compliance Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance in HR processes.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with iSolved is a plus.
