Social media manager/content creator Strategy and Management:
Develop social content strategy and planning.
Proactively research industry and general social media trends.
Reviewing past post performance and making recommendations and optimization for future posts.
Strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients.
Weekly status meetings and daily client interactions via email and calls.
Identify new ways to reach consumers socially.
Manage FB and IG Shopping.
Manage micro-influencer programs.
Hands-on deep experience managing social platforms.
Loading content onto social platforms.
Best practices.
Creation of monthly content calendar and content recommendations.
Top-level monthly report of IG Shop/FB Shop analytics.
Ability to proactively manage workload and stay on schedule.
Creative Development and Oversight:
Proven experience as a content creator and copywriter.
Copywriting of social posts for FB and IG.
Edit and proofread.
Coordinate with internal design teams to design social media graphics.
Ability to shoot photography of in-situation product images in various locations.
