Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on different strains and products, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate information about various marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs - Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed - Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure compliance with state regulations - Keep the dispensary clean and organized at all times - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred - Familiarity with marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus - Strong cash handling skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling transactions - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Professional phone etiquette We offer competitive pay based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
