It consists of performing day-to-day tasks for the attorneys and the office.
These tasks will be done within and outside of the office.
Within the office you will need to work on a computer sending emails, working on documents, printing medical records, and researching for the attorneys.
While working on the computer you will also need to answer the phone to take messages.
You will also learn how to organize and support the office.
This can vary from keeping count of supplies to taking out the trash.
Outside of the office you will need a reliable vehicle to make trips to multiple destinations.
These trips can be picking up food for the office, dropping of dry cleaning, dropping of mail, and it can be driving to a hospital to obtain medical records.
This job asks one to be able to think quickly on their feet as tasks come to them and act accordingly to the order of how these tasks need to be done.
This job will allow one good experience for those interested in the law and how a firm operates behind the scenes.
