As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to add:
PROJECT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE - OPERATIONS - CLINICAL - CARE MANAGEMENT Responsible for performing moderately complex activities under limited supervision as directed by the Manager, PMO.
Assists management in ensuring that project design, goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints.
Essential Functions:
Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate HealthCare Partners'' (HCP) commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
Manages project teams to achieve company initiatives of low to moderate complexity.
Assists in determining project team goals and priorities consistent with chartered scope.
Develops project plans under the direction of project sponsors.
Prepares project schedules and budgets consistent with chartered scope.
Tracks team progress, project expenditures and project risks regularly.
Reports status regularly and escalates issues as appropriate to Manager and project sponsors.
Utilizes standard processes, tools, methodologies and presentation templates including project timetables, progress/milestone reports, financial reports, risk, resource and issues tracking.
Produces project-related communications including on-line reports, minutes, agendas and records of team decisions.
Conducts formal and informal presentations to project teams and/or stakeholders.
Assists in planning and coordinating with other ongoing company projects as needed in order to maximize effectiveness of all related projects.
Uses, protects, and discloses HCP patients'' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor''s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
Master''s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience.
2 to 4 years background in healthcare industry and managed care.
1 to 2 years experience in project management.
Computer literate.
Ability to operate Microsoft software (Project, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writers.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong leadership capabilities and effective team player.
= Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
PREFERRED:
Formal education in project management preferred.
3 to 5 years project management experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
