Summary:
This position is responsible for the execution and sustenance of the Software Test and Quality Assurance Development Team initiatives, and thereby driving higher quality standards throughout the Development teams.
The Software Test Lead Engineer will be instrumental in defining and driving testing strategies, performing risk analysis and mitigation, and facilitating corrective actions within the team.
The Software Test Lead Engineer must work with geographically dispersed development teams, champion effective testing practices, and lead by example.

Lead testing initiatives by example.
Responsibilities :
Effectively inform Product Owner and Agile Team regarding Test and Quality status, plans, and impediments on a daily basis.

Effectively inform Management Team of Test and Quality status, plans, impediments requiring escalation and risks on a weekly basis.
:
Evaluate software requirements to create comprehensive test plans, resource estimates, and equipment requirements.
:
Ensure the quality of test plans, test cases, test matrix, and defect reporting.

Create, document, and implement detailed test cases and test suites.
:
Through example and informal on the job? training, lead and drive agile scrum teams towards a goal of 100 automated functional testing.

Monitor, track, and report (on a regular basis) test status to Agile Team supporting Management Team.

Assist Product Owner and Agile Development Team to facilitate and execute customer facing evaluations including charter based user experience testing and product Beta testing.
