Experience with MVC principles and at least one MVC web framework, preferably Ruby on Rails :
Experience with relational database essentials and able to hand code SQL, add proper indexes, etc.

Knowledge of TDD and RSpec or equivalent :
Knowledge of benchmarking, caching strategies and experience with Memcached :
Experience with Linux command lines and basic server setup/administration :
Experience with SASS/LESS/Coffeescript/HAML a plus :
Experience building Facebook platform apps is a major plus :
eCommerce experience is preferred :
Experience working with Wordpress is a plus :
Bachelors degree in computer science or related experience :
