Who We Are WhatWe Offer SUMMARY PARAGRAPH OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assign work to other mechanics and update status of ROs (ie Shop Scheduler) :
Coordinate work with Hub Maintenance Planner to ensure maximum use of internal rC :
Supervise, train and mentor shop laborers, and any registered apprentices in the shop, as required :
Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork such as Repair Orders, Inspections, and Inventory Sheets :
Respond to client and staff service phone calls in the office and/or shop and discuss maintenance and repair decisions with customer as required, to ensure seamless communication and to keep management up to date on any issues :
Ensure expected completion timelines for various repairs are met and that equipment is repaired and sent out in a timely manner :
Ensure continuous communication with the Hub Planner to ensure priorities are set and deadlines are met in addition to assisting in the compilation of a formal priority list during busier months :
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
