12/23/2013Job Description Volt has an immediate need for a Software Algorithm Developer.
Working within the software development organization, develop machine vision algorithms utilizing high-resolution optical imagery and other physical measurements.
Role reports to the R&D software manager and architect.
Job Requirements - Master's degree in software development or related technical discipline with a minimum of 6 years software development and at least 3 years of algorithm development using optical imagery or a similar system.
- Knowledge of image processing, filters, feature extraction and classification algorithms.
- Must have optimization experience on DSP, multi-threading, multi-core or GPU architectures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
