Able to handle more complex claims.
Good understanding of the application of benefit contracts, pricing, processing, policies, procedures, gov't regs, coordination of benefits, & healthcare terminology.
Excellent knowledge of the various operations of the organization, products, and services.
Reviews, analyzes and processes claims/policies related to events to determine extent of company's liability and entitlement.
Qualifications:
Claims Rep I Good oral and written communication skills, attendtion to detail Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
).
Current experience working in CareMores Claims department is strongly preferred.
2 years experience processing medical claims Knowlegeable in Facets is a plus Claims Rep II These requirements are in addition to those listed for the Claims Rep I.
