Position Purpose:
Ensures control, timely and accurate reporting for the Komatsu Forklift Factory Store. Directs operational accounting, periodic forecasts, and planning and is a business partner with the General Manager and Corporate Controller. Ensures compliance of all Company policies, procedures, related regulatory requirements and Koamtsu corporate governance. Develop and manage strategic planning in relation to EBT targets, capacity costs, inventory, standard variable margin and factory store efficiency.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain a system of internal accounting controls to safeguard Company assets and ensure integrity of reported financial results.
2. Actively participate in Management of the Komatsu Factory Store through financial guidance, updates and reviews where required.
3.Manage the annual planning and periodic forecasting process.
4.Independently assess and report divisional risks and opportunities for both balance sheet and operational scope and report to Factory Store GM/Corporate Controller.
5.Review and analyze monthly divisional reports and report to store General Manager and Komatsu Forklift executive staff.
6.Manage cost accounting control and cost improvement processes for all revenue streams.
7.Prepare necessary quarterly information as required by KAC executive management for consolidation.
8.Conduct, supervise or assist with various factory store projects.
Qualifications: 1.BS/BA degree in accounting or finance required

years related work experience with emphasis on strong internal controls, financial analysis and month-end reporting
3.Good communication and organization skills
